For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on used or burned candles. All custom labels and personalized orders are final sale unless defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours

2. Provide your order number

3. Include photos of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified issues.

All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow:

• 1–3 business days for processing

• 2–5 business days for shipping (varies by location)

Every order includes a tracking number once shipped.

Warm-weather months: Certain orders may include heat protection to preserve your candle’s quality.

If an order is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

We offer personalized labels for gifts, celebrations, and special moments. Simply:

1. Enter your custom text at checkout

2. We print and apply it to your candle

3. Custom label orders are final sale unless defective

This service adds a meaningful, luxurious touch to any candle.

Give your candle the cleanest, longest, and safest burn:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn

• Let the first burn melt edge-to-edge (prevents tunneling)

• Burn in 2–4 hour sessions

• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

• Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains

A well-cared-for candle lasts longer and burns more beautifully.

For your safety and the best performance:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended

• Keep away from flammable surfaces

• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time

• Only burn on heat-resistant surfaces

• Do not move candle while lit or hot
